I spent 20 years in clinical social work — from 2005 to 2024. I worked with families whose children had been removed due to abuse, neglect, and addiction. I was the liaison between courts, foster families, and biological families trying to find their way back to each other.

I served as clinical lead at an autism school, building behavioral plans for profoundly challenged students. I ended my career as a pregnancy and parenting social worker — helping teenage mothers graduate, break cycles, and build something different for their kids.

In 2024, I put the keys on the desk and walked out. Not because the work wasn't meaningful. Because the system was never going to let me do it the way it needed to be done.

I came to the online business world and saw the exact same patterns I'd spent 20 years diagnosing. Smart, hardworking people doing everything right — staying exactly where they were.
